ويهدف هذا الاسلوب للتشكيك بصحة الذكريات والدماغ لدى الشخص الذي يتعرض لهذه الاساءة وايضا يعتبر النرجسي ان له الحق بالتحكم بالاشخاص والسيطرة على قراراتهم ومشاعرهم لكي تخدم مصالحهم.

Se atente aos sinais do abuso psicológico: o gaslighting.
Gaslighting é uma forma de abuso psicológico onde informações são distorcidas, omitidas ou inventadas, te fazendo duvidar da sua memória, da sua percepção e da sua sanidade mental.
Muitas mulheres me enviam mensagens perguntando se estão ficando loucas e imaginando coisas. Mas o que é enlouquecedor na verdade é essa situação.
Mesmo que ele te diga que é amor, não é. É tortura.
E esse tipo de coisa não acontece só com casais. O abuso psicológico pode acontecer da família ou no trabalho, por exemplo.
Mas como eu faço para perceber se estou sofrendo abuso? Bem, eu separei alguns sinais para você se atentar e ter uma ideia da situação. Essas informações vem desse site: https://livredeabuso.com.br/
- Ele já disse várias vezes que você não é fácil, que você é exagerada e que ele não entende por que você não consegue ser feliz.
E quando você pergunta para ele o que você faz de tão errado ele te diz que na verdade você que entendeu errado mais uma vez e que não foi isso que ele quis dizer.
- O desgaste é tão grande que você pensa que a culpa é sua e o problema é você.
O que ele acha de você: que você é dramática, insatisfeita e nunca entende nada. Você se sente infeliz, insegura, confusa e vive pedindo desculpas. Veja bem, a loucura não é sua, você não está ficando louca! É o seu companheiro que está te enlouquecendo.
- O sinal mais importante: se você se sentir muito mal é porque alguma coisa está errada. Se isso acontecer, procure uma ajuda profissional. E se for impossível neste momento, converse com uma amiga que te ajude a sair dessa situação.
