Armin van Buuren announces the first locations and dates of his A State Of Trance 600 world tour!

On October 18th, during Amsterdam Dance Event, Armin van Buuren will do a live broadcast of his weekly A State Of Trance radio show. From 20.00-22.00 (CET), the Dutch DJ will host his popular radio show completely live. The show will be streamed live via YouTube. During the 2 hour show, he will announce the first locations of the events for his A State of Trance 600 celebration 2013.

A State of Trance, running for over 11 years and listened to by more than 20 million listeners, has seen many milestones. The 11th birthday and 550th episode of Armin van Buuren's radio show in March 2012 was celebrated with 10 events on different continents within 4 weeks, each event being broadcast live and serving some of the world's best DJ's. Millions of people from all around the globe tuned into the live broadcasts and gathered on social media. While we were reaching the end of A State of Trance - Invasion Tour, fans all over the globe were busy campaigning for the A State of Trance 600 to come to their city. One of those other tracks was ‘Again’, which I made with Betsie Larkin after already working together with her on ‘Safe Inside You’. During this episode of the Armin Only Intense movie the crew continues its journey across South America from Medellin to Quito, but just before leaving Buenos Aires, the crew gets rudely awakened by something that sounds like a bomb went off outside the hotel. Thankfully, no real harm was done and the crew was able to continue its journey without a scratch.….

What this episodes of the roadmovie perfectly illustrates, is that life on tour isn't without its problems, as the airline company canceled the flight to Quito at the very last moment and leaves the crew with very little time to find another way to get into Columbia. As if this wasn't enough, a 70 year old thief decides to steal Dennis's bag and threatens to leave the crew without the show's producer!

As always, all eventually falls into place and once again the Armin Only Intense team gets to see what they're all doing it for; the unprecedented passion and love from their fans. Waiting in line as early as 7 o'clock in the morning, they inspire the crew to give away an incredible show!

It’s a bit of a cliché, but the thought of ranking in the @DJ Mag Top 100 for twenty years in a row never even crossed my mind when I was first included in the Top 100 about twenty years ago, not even as a bucket list wish. I'm proud to be Highest Trance DJ and #4 again and I’m of course thankful for the fact that I’m still here doing what I love after all this time, but above all else, I’m beyond grateful for the unwavering support from my fans.
