U82kg Strongwoman competitor.

Red is the type of woman girls can look up to, she oozes femininity, strength and goes after what she wants 100%. If you tell her she can't do something you better be prepared to watch her prove you wrong. She is a Nurse by day and competitive Strongwoman by night who everyday smashes stereotypes– aka she’s BADASS!
Red approached us last year with the goal to qualify to compete at Arnold’s 2018, together we made it happen. Now it’s time for her to show everyone what she’s made of!

Red’s competition history & highlights:
▪️2nd at South East QLD strength series.
▪️3rd at GC strongest man and woman.
▪️5th at Australian Strongman Alliance nationals.
▪️4th at QLD strongest man and woman.
▪️1st at Cairns pride of the north.
▪️1st at Brisbane’s strongest man & woman.

Highlights were qualifying for Nationals at my first strongman comp & pulling a 5 tonne tank in cairns! .

What Arnold's means to Red:
It is such a privilege to compete at the Arnies! I am nervous, but mostly excited to put my best foot forward & show everyone what I am capable of. Also, I am very keen to see the pros & catch up with fellow competitors.

What the Coco’s team means to Red:
Training with the #cocosanimalpack has certainly motivated me. We are all trying to achieve the same goal, with a positive mindset. I definitely push harder when I have people cheering for me! To know that I have their support as well as big papi himself means the world to me.

Why Strongman?
I attended the Arnold’s last year as a spectator & I’d never heard of strongman before. When I saw these big burley, guys pulling trucks and lifting stones I thought “this is just crazy... where do I sign up!”
